The Bishops of Massachusetts have informed us that legislation to expand Roe to permit abortions through the whole nine months of pregnancy is currently before both houses of the legislature. It would also remove any requirements for parental consent in the case of minors. There is a petition drive underway to place a question opposing this development on the 2020 ballot. There will be petitions at the entrances of the church on the weekend of November 9/10 for those who wish to sign it. For further information, please click above.
